In accordance with the national project "Ulttyk Rukhani Zhangyru", MIPD is among the 3rd national project included in order to fulfill the main tasks of the state planning system of the concept for the development of higher education and science for 2023-2029. The Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as part of the work of the scientific expert group in the target indicator "the level of social well-being of the ethnic groups of Kazakhstan" and the preparation of information and explanatory work in the field of interethnic relations of the concept of the development of the Autonomy of the people of Kazakhstan until 2026, the development of the involvement of universities in the social life of the region, the conduct of socially significant research of innovations, the provision of high-tech services by universities and release of innovative products,  The scientific center "History and Ethnology" of the Research Institute "Social and Humanitarian Sciences" of the M.Auyezov SKU prepares educational literature entitled "Fundamentals of national identity".

The preparation of educational literature covered several areas of socio-economic and scientific directions, which are a subject aimed at the formation and preservation of the national interests of the state, citizenship and patriotism among young people, a pragmatic attitude to socio-economic processes, the preservation of the values of Independent Kazakhstan.

Teaching the young generation the basics of political and legal culture, popularization of historical and cultural heritage, primary work on building their own projects on the example and action of priority programs of Independent Kazakhstan, the main tasks of which are - formation of historical consciousness, political and legal, socio-economic and cultural development of the younger generation, formation of the basis of patriotic education, citizenship, historical and cultural consciousness, national self-preservation and popularization of national priorities of all students, regardless of nationality, living in the Republic of Kazakhstan, conscious attitude to the objects of socially significant processes and evaluation of political and culturallegal culture.

The educational literature "Fundamentals of National Identity" is aimed at introducing students in higher educational institutions as an elective course, and can also be used for students in secondary education. The educational literature can also be used to work with the ethno-cultural associations of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan, where the actual issue remains the fact of the absence of a specific textbook of ethno-cultural associations, in the form of a handout among the work on the involvement of the population in the regions.

The main directions of the educational literature "Fundamentals of national identity" are:

- familiarization with the priority programs for the development of the scientific and cultural potential of the country adopted during the Independence of Kazakhstan and still in force,

- improving the development in the historical, cultural, socio-political, scientific and technological direction of young citizens of Kazakhstan, civil society as a whole, by instilling a sense of patriotism by preserving the national code that has developed at the present stage;

- the ability to work and interact with priority areas of development of socio-economic, technological, scientific and educational process of the country;

- to teach the skills of their own participation in the construction of socially significant projects of the national brand "Made in Kazakhstan", through openness of consciousness, pragmatism, consideration of competitiveness and preservation of national priorities.

- to be able to summarize the accumulated material for the preparation of their own project, which has a benefit and practical significance for society.

Methodologic and methodological support of educational literature includes a series of lectures, practical exercises, independent work, questions for fixing intended for the specific development of this course of study.

"Fundamentals of national self-knowledge" included the basic components of special projects of the programs of socio-economic and cultural-historical development of the Kazakh society and the directions of development "Cultural heritage", "Mangilik El", "Ulttyk rukhani zhangyru" MIPD, the implementation of program articles of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.K.Tokayev "Independence above all", "Abai and Kazakhstan in the XXI century", current examples of accepted concepts of science and higher education until 2029, the concept of development of the APK, special projects at the present stage of development of Kazakhstan until 2026. The main directions in the development of educational literature are the work in the following areas, which are also qualitatively completed.

The thematic sections of the educational literature "Fundamentals of national identity" include topics of descriptive and analytical nature of program documents, practical experience and implementation mechanism in the past years, achievement of certain results in the work of research institutes, cultural centers, etc., theory and practice of application at the present stage, taking into account all modern risks and challenges of globalization, It is intended to increase the competitiveness of Kazakhstan in the world, preserve national identity, popularize the cult of knowledge and openness of consciousness of citizens, to have a socio-economic effect and significance, cultural education for a wide range of students in the system of continuing education of formal and non-formal education, as well as influence on the formation of the Kazakhstan-wide foundations of national identity in the XXI century.

The main first section is devoted to citizenship and patriotism, consciousness and self-awareness of modern Kazakhstan, further sections include work on defining the concept of the national code and its preservation, concepts and their analysis, the implementation of 17 special projects of the program "Ulttyk Rukhani Zhangyru" on the experience of scientific institutes and research centers of higher educational institutions of Kazakhstan, statistical data of the released educational and scientific-popular literature for the years of Independence. Development and conceptual foundations for the formation of national identity on the basis of modern "trends" that have focused their attention not only in the Republic of Kazakhstan but also on the world stage, the formation of a new "integral person" in Kazakh society, as well as strengthening the potential of socialization of youth and influencing the socio-economic, political, legal and cultural life of Kazakhstan.
